  • Candidate Skill Information: Professional qualifications, work history, and skill assessments of individuals you vouch for (NOTE: Vouchers should only provide professional skill information, not personal contact details)
  • Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send us
  • Payment Information: Bank account details, tax information (W-9 forms)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on platform, click patterns
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience
  • Location Data: General geographic location based on IP address

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Information from social media platforms if you connect your accounts
  • Verification information from identity verification services
  • Payment processing information from our payment partners

3.1 With Other Users

  • Vouchers to Recruiters: When you vouch for a candidate's skills, we share aggregated skill assessment information with Recruiters and/or Employers
  • Public Profile Information: Certain profile information may be visible to other users

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Email service providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Customer support tools

3.3 For Legal Reasons

  • Comply with legal obligations or court orders

  • Transaction records: 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
  • Candidate skill information: As long as relevant to active job opportunities
  • Communications: Typically 3 years unless required longer for legal purposes

6.1 General Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information and view aggregated skill ratings (but not individual ratings from specific Vouchers)
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information in your account (Note: you cannot modify or correct skill ratings that others have provided about you)
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Object: Object to certain processing of your information

Important Limitation: While you can access aggregated skill information about yourself, you cannot view individual skill ratings or vouches from specific users, nor can you request correction or deletion of skill assessments provided by Vouchers. This protects the integrity of our vouching system and maintains honest skill evaluations.

6.2 State-Specific Rights

Colorado Privacy Act: Colorado residents have additional rights including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information.

California Residents (CCPA): California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
